Overview

Bowden Bridge car park ( parking fee £4.75 but there is roadside parking nearby)  Peak District. 10am start
This is a circular walk from the car park up KInder Scout.
We initially walk round the edge of Kinder reservoir then ascend up Willian Clough to the Pennine Way. There is then a fairly steep ascent along the Pennine Way to the summit and Kinder Downfall followed by an initial steep descent and then a more gentle walk back to the car park
There were some signs relating to roadworks/closures on the A6 at the time of the recce (late August) so check before setting out
