We are the East Hertfordshire Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.

We will walk up through the village and follow Braughing Bourne upstream (with an alternate, higher path at the field edge if the stream is flooded). After that we’ll do a long loop through fields and woods, eventually coming past Quinbury Farm, crossing the footbridge of the northern ford, back into Braughing, looping round St Mary the Virgin church and back to the first ford.
Optional refreshments are available after the walk (at either of the two pubs).
We will meet at the triangular green next to the southern ford of the River Quin in Braughing. There is street parking there plus further up the road near the Brown Bear and Axe & Compasses pubs.
