Overview

This is a beautiful walk with fantastic views across undulating hills and open countryside. We leave Preston and join the oddly named Deadwoman's Lane towards Ley Green. From there, after stopping briefly at a scenic bench to take in the wonderful views, we head southwest to the Chiltern Hills and Breachwood Green. Turning northeast from there we walk through Watkins Wood before pausing at another bench with scenic views! Then onto historic King's Walden where we can enjoy a short break at St Mary's church before starting back through the deer park and onto Preston.
