Overview

This is a bus ramble . Start point - Disley Station Approach. GR - SJ 9740 8462. Start time 9.20am to have time to get suited and booted before catching the 9.35 bus to Whaley Bridge. Walk length 13 miles moderate/strenuous. Route back - Buxworth, Chinley, Cracken Edge, Ollersett Moor, Moor Lodge, Millenium Walkway, Newtown, path parallel to Redmoor Lane, Green Lane back to car park. No dogs, please, as there is livestock in the fields. Please remember your bus pass or £2 for the bus fare!
