Most of the walk follows the Wandle Trail. It is possible to see historic water mills along the river. Despite being close to the urban area, we will walk through nature reserves, Morden Hall Park and Grove Park.
Train: Colliers wood is on the Northern line and is covered by Oyster card/Freedom Pass
Lunch: Lunch will be late . Picnic in the park or a sandwich at the cafes nearby.
Toilet: at Merton Abbey Mill, not long after the beginning of the walk. At lunch time in the cafes.

Carshalton Beeches has regular trains back into London (Clapham junction,Victoria, Farringdon) and it is covered by Oyster card/Freedom pass
