Overview

*Please note, slightly earlier than normal, 9:30 start time*

A lovely local walk, avoiding the bank holiday traffic and crowds, starting from the Jubilee Pavilion at Compton.  The walk takes in sections of the Monarch's Way, Itchen Way and Otter Trail, passes over Shawford Down, along the Itchen, through Otterbourne Woods, across Cranbury Park, through the lovely village of Hursley, along country tracks via Silkstead and back to Compton.

Please bring provisions for a coffee stop and picnic lunch and plenty to drink if it’s a hot day.

Please inform the walk leader if you will be joining the walk, via the contact links provided, as we may set off early if everyone has arrived.
