Overview

 We walk from Coombe Rise carpark to Cissbury Ring (quick break to admire the views) and then to Nepcote (coffee/lunch break) and back to Findon Valley via the Gallops.  Bring a picnic/drink.  Walking poles are advisable as there are ascents and descents.
