Moderate walk in largely open countryside with good views. Ascent around 300m. Several non strenuous hills. 6 miles in the morning largely following the Kent Walk Through Time route. Afternoon from Benenden village follows High Weald Landescape Trail, length 4 miles.
Sorry toilets now closed in Cranbrook car park at start. Large car park adjacent to Coop Supermarket off High Street in Cranbrook. No dogs please due to possible livestock en route.
Lunch at The Bull, Benenden or picnic on pleasant village green. There is also a small cafe in village but check open that day. Public toilets in village.
