Figure of 8 walk on good paths which may, depending on the weather, be a little muddy so you may wish to consider gaiters/poles

Route : Eddisbury hill/wood towards the visitor centre- delamere way -harthill bank-flaxmere-hatchmere-edge of the forest back onto the delamere way -visitor centre -pale heights-hangingstone hill back onto stoney lane
Based on the recce should be back to the cars around 3 pm 

Toilets at the visitor centre
Bring food and drink for morning break and lunch
