Overview

A leisurely 7.5 mile walk from Disley railway station.  

From Disley we walk up Green Lane to Dissop head. Passing the school we pick up the path over Whaley Moor. Crossing Whaley Lane we follow the track down to Furness Vale. Crossing the A6 road (with care!) we then join the Peak Forest Canal and follow it through New Mills and back to Disley.
