Overview

This will be a flat walk on paths mostly through Eglinton Park. We may encounter some muddy sections so boots or sturdy walking shoes are recommended.

Located on the grounds of the old Eglinton Castle, now a ruin, the grounds were home to the Earls of Winton for 600 years. The park has everything you would want on a walk. There are woodland paths, streams, lakes, a ford and a courtyard cafe.
