Overview

Walk Description: this is predominantly a circular walk  and will start from the car park at Fenwick Parish Church. We will then walk on local minor roads….Maunsheugh Road and Waterslap Road and follow the Snowdrop trail up to Craufurdland.

In the Estate we will take various trails and paths through the woods and return to the car park via the Snowdrop trail and Raith Road.

Risk Asessement: Poles and gaiters advised.

  • Some amount of minor road walking is required.
  • Snowdrop trail is somewhat overgrown in places, also one other trail but, only paths that are adequate will be taken.
  • Be mindful of exposed tree roots, also some paths are mucky, wet and potentially slippery in places due to recent heavy rain.
