This circular walk begins and ends at the Cefn Ila Woodland Trust car park. We start with a short stretch along a narrow country lane before heading into open fields and wooded areas.

On a clear day, the views are excellent — Wentwood Forest, Sugar Loaf, and the Blorenge are all visible from various points along the route.

🍃 Lunch Stop

We’ll stop for lunch at the WWII bunk park picnic area, which overlooks the vast Wentwood Forest and the distant Llangibby Castle woods.
