This linear walk from Haddon Hall to Bakewell is an all day adventure, travelling deep into the White Peak part of the Peak District National Park. It includes one of the most beautiful dales in the Peak District, a pleasant lunch stop at a pretty village green and pub and a visit to a historical lead mine.

Please bring enough water and food to sustain you all day and be aware of the early train and potentially late finish due to the travel time (the train takes an hour, the bus takes an hour)

If driving, it would probably be best to park at Buxton and get the bus to the walk start with the group, as this walk starts and ends at different points.
