We are the Cleveland Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
After leaving the church grounds, we cross fields to reach the Castle Eden walkway. The walkway is followed North Westerly until we reach Hesleden Hall. Turning South we head down into the Dene through woodland and cross a dry river bed. (Slight possibility that there could be some water but dry on the recce and not expected to be a problem). Walk along the bottom of the Dene, through woodland, and then a short climb to emerge near Middlethorpe Farm. We then follow the farm road back to Hart village.
There will be a ten minute break. Please feel free to bring a drink/snack to enjoy. Assistance dogs only.
