Overview

We will go along the canal towards Macclesfield and then cross the Footbridge to walk through Green Farm and up into Lyme Park via a ladder stile Continue up towards Lyme Hall and then take a left to walk across 3 fields to the North Cheshire Way which runs down to Parkgate Turn left and walk past Ryles Wood and continue down to the Macclesfield canal and walk south along it back to start.

Apart from the moderate climb into Lyme Park it is an easy walk with 2 ladder stiles
