NORTH and MID CHESHIRE WALKING WEEK - KESWICK The walk starts when the bus from Keswick arrives.We start climbing to Yewcrag Quarries then onto Launchy Tarn before heading up to Dale Head passing the Tarn to reach the top.We continue to go to Hindscarth and then go down eventually to the Chapel near Little Town.The last part takes us back up to Cat Bells then to join the Cumbria Way back to Keswick via Portinscale. Total cumulative ascent 3000 ft. Sorry, no dogs due to local restrictions. Full Day. Bring lunch and adequate liquids. Booking is essential and opens from 12/05/2026.
