This is a walk that combines riverside and parkland but with a few urban sections. We commence at Kew Gardens Station and walk to the River. We cross to the North bank at Kew Bridge and after an urban section through Brentford reach Syon Park and the pretty village of Isleworth and then cross back over the River at Teddington Lock.
We walk up Richmond Hill to Pembroke Lodge for lunch and then in afternoon cross Richmond Park passing Pen Ponds and the Isabella Plantation and leave the Park at Kingston Gate to complete the walk at Kingston Station.
