Overview

A brisk average pace of 3 mph with scheduled pit stops.

A rewarding journey in the Surrey Hills, climbing north through woodland to reach Leith Hill Tower, the highest point in Southeast England. The panoramic views from the hill are breathtaking, and the cafe in the tower makes this a lovely spot to stop for a quick break.

White Downs and the North Downs Way are connected, passing through woodland & chalk grassland.

A walk across Denbies Vineyard: England's largest single wine-producing estate.

  • Weaver’s Wood
  • Jayes Park
  • Leith Hill & Tower (1 mile 194 steps in total)
  • Wooten Common (Estate)
  • Greensand Way
  • Lunch: Wootton
  • White Downs
  • North Downs Way
  • Dorking Station

There are no exit points.

Lunch: Please bring a picnic lunch

Unfortunately, the Wotton Hatch Country Pub - will no longer provide access to its beer garden. Therefore, lunch will be in a nearby churchyard.
