Overview

From Llanfyllin through the quiet rolling hills south of the town to Cwm Nant y Meichiaid, returning around the south and east sides of Allt y Gader. The terrain is hilly, expect plenty of uphill sections through woods, on field paths and lanes with approx. 300m of ascent.
