Overview

The penultimate stage of our London to Brighton walk begins with a couple of miles of suburban roads and paths, then out into farmland and woodland. The route passes through Ditchling and then along an old Roman road to the outskirts of Hassocks.

Please bring a picnic lunch and plenty to drink.

Buy a return to Hassocks. Train from Victoria 9.46 (Clapham Junction 10.04) arrives 10.32, or London Bridge 9.45 (East Croydon 10.04) arrives 10.29, Please check rail timetable in case of changes.
