Overview

Ralph is not happy. I have just written an erudite description of my walk, worthy of at least an OBE, when my computer suffered a glitch and I lost it. I'm not doing all that again so now you will only get the bare bones!

Starting at 7 pm at 10 Turncliff Crescent, Marple, SK6 6JP via 7 Stiles path (there are now no stiles) to canal Lock 7. Down through Brabyns Park to historic Iron Bridge then along riverside, climb up to Lock 2, then over the famous aqueduct and follow canal to Chadkirk Chapel, and then alongside the river in Marple Dale and up to Marple Hall and Turncliff Crescent. Weather forecast is dry and mild.
