Walk Description: this is a hike through the Ochil hills. The route will leave the car park to cross the busy A91 road, after a short walk up Park Road we turn right onto a Steep path for about 20 minutes then through a gate to pick up a more easy fairly flat track which we follow for some distance we go through a large gate turn right over a low fence pick up a grassy path round a reservoir, eventually coming to some old ruins for main lunch break. After lunch we continue up grassy path turning right eventually picking up another undulating track that takes us back to the start. If weather is clear there should be some fine views across to Dumyat and other surrounding hills and some fine views across the Forth Valley and to the Wallace monument.
Risk Assessment: care must be taken crossing the busy A91 road, also there is a short steep embankment to decent to cross a Burn at the Reservoir. Gaiters and poles optional.
