We are the Tavistock Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.

From our car park near Caseytown Cross we will make our way to Middlemoor and up on to Shorts Down, then Plaster Down and on to Sampford Spiney for our coffee break and a visit to Sampford Spiney church should you wish to do so. Once refreshed we will continue to Pew Tor via Eastontown and on to Moortown and back to our cars over Whitchurch Down.
Gentle moorland, rough tracks, footpaths and lanes, ups and downs but not steep.
Good views in fine weather.
