Overview

A walk around Newark’s places of worship.

Paul Butler is working with St Mary’s church to develop new pilgrimage walks connected with Newark’s historic Parish church as it reopens its doors following its major refurbishment and alterations. This walk will explore some of this covering 3-4 miles. All on pavements and we should be  back at the Town hall for 12.45.

We will not have access to the AGM meeting place until 1.30pm.  So if you are having a picnic lunch you could eat early at the coffee stop or find a spot in the market place after the walk. Or you could treat yourself to lunch in one of the many Newark cafes.

Please register for this walk on Newark Ramblers website where you will also find details of our car share scheme.
