We are the Mid Wiltshire Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.

The walk begins by following the canal before crossing fields towards Seend Cleeve. The paths here may be muddy, so poles/sticks may be useful. On reaching the road we walk pass Ferrum House to reach the village of Seend. There are fleeting views across the Avon Valley, as the route takes us to the church. The path takes us behind some of the large properties in the village. We then descend a quiet lane, back to the Canal, which we follow back to the start.
Bring refreshments for one stop. You may wish to join the leaders in the Barge Inn, for refreshments after the walk.
You must book with the leader in the week preceding. Text preferred. You are not confirmed until you get a reply. Dogs are at the leader's discretion.
Meet and park in the Car park of The Barge Inn, Seend, by the Kennet and Avon Canal.
