We make our way from village to village over rolling hills and through woodland glades bursting with spring flowers - hopefully still bluebells, as well as wood anemones and celandines. Banks of primroses flank our path skirting Elbows Wood to Hodsoll Street, on to Fairseat and Wessells Wood before we reach Stansted and turn homewards via Ridley, with its mini farm shop selling its own and other local produce, and back to our starting point at New Ash Green.
Please bring a picnic.
Please park outside the Royal Oak in Chapel Wood Road, New Ash Green, in between West Yoke and Butchers Lane. Meet outside the pub.
