A demanding ridge walk above Killin and Loch Tay visiting Meall nan Tarmichan (Munro), Meall Garbh (Munro top) and Beinn nan Eachan (Munro top).

Please note: this is a demanding walk and numbers will likely be limited. 

Anti-clockwise circuit from Ben Lawers car park. Steady ascent to Meill nan Tarmachan (1044), then three further peaks along rocky ridge west. Backtrack to col for descent towards Loch Tay, joining valley track at quarry for return to start.

Local Grade: B+

Terrain: For most part, clear, well-used/maintained paths and tracks. Good path to Munro summit and along ridge. Meall Garbh has a narrow ridge and an avoidable rocky scramble on the descent. After leaving the ridge the descent route crosses rough, boggy ground until joining quarry road.

Max height: 1044 m.
