A canal, river & country public parks' walk, taking in Salford’s surrounding scenic urban fringe countryside and remnants of its industrial past, as well beautiful historic ‘Grade Listed’ architecture; walking through woodlands trails, lush meadow fields and former railway line paths. Along flowing rivers and brooks – a lush countryside haven walk route, just a few miles outside city life.
There are two high, long motorway bridges on this route with no alternative options to avoid crossing them.
