This walk is cancelled due to lack of numbers and bad forecast for Thursday. It will be offered again at a later date.
We are the Winchester Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
The walk is a little under 9 miles and circumnavigates Lyndhurst through a mixture of heath and woodland. The water table is still high in the Forest so there will be some mud but hopefully, nothing too bad. Only one real hill, the rest being fairly flat.
Lunch is at The Oak in Bank or a picnic nearby. Menus are available on their website https://www.oakinnlyndhurst.co.uk for those of you who wish to join us for lunch. Please let me have your choices by 5pm Wednesday.
