A Winter Walk up and over Arnside Knott, past the ruined Arnside Tower, then round the coast past Park Point and Arnside Point before going along the beach on the final stretch into Arnside.
Depending on the tide, the route between Park Point and New Barns will be along the cliff tops or along the sands.
