A continuation of our mini-trail from Box Hill. Buy a return to Betchworth (change at Dorking to Dorking Deepdene), Cross the road carefully just outside the station, taking a path alongside the railway to fields and a quiet road leading pretty Buckland (cafe deli: but across the busy A25). Exiting the village in a North Easterly direction and another quiet road leads us to the foot of the North Downs which we ascend by Mount Hill on a very steep path More quiet roads lead to lunch at The Sportsman (pub/picnic). Leaving Mogador eastwards e follow the NDW again to an afternoon break at Reigate Hill, whence 5 minute to the bus stop for the 420/460 across the busy A217
