Overview

This circular walk begins near Brassington passing remnants of mines and limestone outcrops.  We use the High Peak Trail, formerly the Cromford High Peak Railway, and pass Harborough Rocks and through the village of Carsington before returning to Brassington.

Ramblers members from other Ramblers groups are welcome to join us.

Please wear walking boots and bring a waterproof.  Please bring plenty to eat and drink.  Please carry a completed ICE card (go to our website, click Walks, then click What to Bring).  Walking poles are recommended.
