This walk from Lord Stones car park, Carlton takes in part of the Cleveland Way before plunging down Raisdale spur, and climbing back up to Brian’s pond and over the moor back to Lord Stones car park and tearoom.
its a hilly walk but leisurely in pace with plenty of breathers en- route with some nice viewpoints.

Carlton Village is off the A172 Stokesley Road. Drive through the village and fork left towards Rainsdale and Chop Gate. Lord Stones is on the left at the top of the climb up to onto the Moor
