Overview

From Castlerigg Stone Circle up to St John in the Vale and returning via Tewet Tarn. The walk follows field paths, bridleways and quiet country lanes. There will be a couple of short inclines taken at a leisurely pace. There should also be views of Blencathra and St John in the Vale.
