Overview

Will depart from Stockhow Bridge car park NY 32092 12947.  NOTE: £8.50 for 9 hours. Card payment at Dob Gill car park and then return to Stockhow Bridge. This is NOT a NT car park, it is a "Lake District Car Park". Car sharing is very recommended.

Walk will be led by Colin T.

We start up to Harrop Tarn and then onto Wythburn Fells, following the rough high ground above Nab Crags, Castle Crag, Black Crags and then over Black Knott onto Ullscarf. Turning south along Greenup Edge and Low White Stones onto High Raise. We go down over Sergeant Man and turn north past Belles Knot and Codale Tarn before contouring above Ferngill Crag and Broadstone Head. The meandering ridge of Calf Crag to Dead Pike is last before we head back down off the end of Steel Fell
