Heading out of the village in a Westerly direction we walk the length of Howl Dale Wood and up to Low Kingthorpe Farm. A road crossing takes us into Dalby Forest and a stop to enjoy the 'Lumber Jills sculpture. There is a mile of road walking on the forest drive, taking us to the small courtyard centre with cafe and W.C's. We continue on the forest path alongside Dalby Beck until we head uphill to Outgang Lane and then down into the village.
Car Parking is £6.00 per day payable only with card. This is fairly easy walking with a short incline towards the end. Some open views and woodland paths.
No dogs except assistance dogs with consent of the leader.
