Overview

A circular walk from Benington via, Wood End, Ardeley and Walkern. Plenty of views over mainly open farm land. The lunch stop will be at Ardeley where there is an option of bringing a picnic, or refreshments at the Church Farm cafe. The cafe may be busy so it may be advisable to have suitable refreshments with you.

There is a Flower Show plus Open Gardens from 1pm to 5 pm. It should not affect parking as we start at 10 am. I mention in case anyone may wish to incorporate as part of the day.

Sunday will be hot, therefore there is a possibility the walk will be shortened to 8 miles rather than 10.3 by taking a more direct route back from Ardeley to Benington.
