Overview

This exploration of the west side of the valley starts at the Darley Bridge car park next to the cricket ground. From there our walk takes us to Oaker Hill, through Wensleydale and then onto Snitterton and Darley Bridge. Given good weather we should have splendid views of the Derwent Valley. Note that this walk involves some good ascents.
