Overview

This walk takes us from Thorpe, with its view of impressive Thorpe Cloud, to Tissington. This of course is famous for its well-dressings, visited annually by (according to Wikipedia!) around 50,000 people. There is also of course Tissington Hall, dating from 1609.  The walk continues via Newton Grange. We will get excellent views of the hills on the eastern side of the Dove valley if the weather is kind!
