Despite its proximity to London - and indeed we follow the London Loop for some of the way - this walk boasts woodland paths with some magnificent veteran trees and beech avenues, duck ponds and sweeping open vistas. Starting from High Elms Country Park, we take a figure-of-eight route via Farnborough and Holwood to Keston and back. The going is easy underfoot and while it's not flat there are no hills of particular note.
Please bring a picnic lunch.
Cuckoo Wood Car Park (free) off High Elms Road (ULEZ applies). The car park is fairly small so please car share if possible.
