Overview

Starting from bank of the River Darenth, in the pretty village of Eynsford, we make our way into the village before joining our first footpath. Heading south east we climb up from the village and make our way down through woodland before a short spell of road, passing Maplescombe Farm. We then head up through High Castle Wood to East Hill. From there we turn east and make our way to Romney St, with views of the City and the QE2 bridge. Moving on we continue west via Austin Spring and Dunstall Farm before making our way down to Shoreham where we will stop at the church for lunch.

After lunch we will follow the Darenth Valley Path north via Lullingstone Country Park before turning west near the Roman Villa. We then turn north passing the Birds of Prey Centre and making our way back into Eynsford.
