We walk south from Effingham Junction station across Effingham Common and south along the Old London Road to Garden Grove. We then head east past Greenfield Farm and Orestan Farm to The Plough where we have lunch. After lunch we walk through Effingham Village and Little Bookham to Bookham station. Please text the walk leader if you intend joining the walk at Effingham Junction station. Please also text the walk leader by 6pm on Friday 13th March if you require a pub lunch
We will catch the 09:58 train from Sutton station to Epsom and then wait 20mins to catch the 10:28 Guildford train to Effingham Junction where we arrive at 10:45. We will wait for the 10:47 train from Waterloo via Surbiton. Freedom Pass holder to purchase an OPDR from Boundary Zone 6 to Effingham Junction.
