Update after recce on 5th March. Walk from Wotton Hatch to Abinger Common for lunch at The Abinger Hatch pub or picnic. After lunch, walk to Gomshall for bus back to Dorking. On the recce there was some mud in the first mile of the walk and a stick would be useful. There is just one stile right at the start of the walk bur this can be avoided if necessary. Book for pub lunch by 1pm on Monday 16th.
Transport to the walk is by the 10.13 train from Sutton to Dorking then bus at 10.56 to Wotton Hatch.
