Overview

This has to be one of the best Derbyshire areas to explore with spectacular views of the Edges and the heights above Eyam.  From Eyam, with its complex history not just as the Plague Village,  we make our way down into the Derwent Valley at Froggatt with its iconic bridges. From there we return via  Stoney Middleton with its rich history of lead mining and boot making,  amongst other things.
