Peter is going to lead a circular morning walk of some 6 miles from The Fox on the Green in Finchingfield, followed by an optional pub lunch at the Fox.
We will walk towards Spain's Hall onto Hawkins Hill and down to Little Sampford, walking alongside the River Pant. The return leg will go via Winsey Chase.
The pub will open at 9.30 a.m. to allow diners to pre-order their lunch before the start of the walk.
The Fox on the Green, Bridge Road, Finchingfield CM7 4JX. Parking in the pub car park is strictly for diners only. Please arrive in good time to pre-order lunch before the start of the walk. Non-diners please park on the roads by the village green.
