We are the Cleveland Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Circular walk approx 5 miles. Assistance dogs only.
Starting from Hutton Village we will climb steadily through Hutton Wood to the moor, then follow the Cleveland Way east to Roseberry Common (top of Aireyholme Lane). From here there's an optional ascent of Roseberry Topping, descending to the same point, then following the bridleway northeast to Bousdale Wood and return to the start.
The initial climb from the start is approx 20-25 min of steady climbing.
The ascent of Roseberry topping is another 10-15 min of steady climbing.
Route may be shortened/Roseberry omitted if weather and/or visibility are poor.
Please bring a torch or headtorch in case of poor light conditions.
