We return to Lealholm passing to the east of Lealholm Hall to enjoy panoramic views of the Esk valley, .
5 or 6 stiles, with generally good paths. There is one downward section that might be a little slippery if the ground is wet, and a short section that's a bit awkward around some boggy ground, so a pole might be useful. On the recce there were a couple of fields with a few cows.
Refreshments afterwards at the Jack and Jill Coaching Inn on the A171 by Scaling Dam [https://maps.app.goo.gl/Ew7cxsv11DNnzK3x6]. Please let the walk leader know as soon as possible after booking if you will joining us for tea and if you require a scone.
