We will catch the No.1 bus from Anderton layby to Yelverton and then walk back to our cars via Walkhampton, Huckworthy, Pew Tor, Shorts Down, Middlemoor and Whitchurch. An undulating route on lanes, footpaths, bridleways and moorland. Good views in fine weather. Can be muddy in parts in wet weather. One stream crossing by stepping stones (route may be adjusted if weather very wet).
Stiles, dogs may need assistance. Dogs on leads on lanes, over farmland and near livestock.
We will have a coffee break and lunch stop.
