We are the Rushcliffe Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
The walk goes from in front of the pub at Car Colston, south west through fields and copses towards Bingham. We don't go into Bingham but walk back in a north easterly direction to Car Colston. The land is gently undulating, not rising more than 20 metres in the whole walk. There may be stiles, and I hope to know more nearer the time, and will let people know when they sign up.
Parking is on the streets. Those intending to have a meal can park in the pub car park.
If you would like to come on the walk, please email the leader using the email link - the maximum number of walkers is 20. If you would like to stay for lunch after the walk please let the Leader know when you sign up for the walk.
There will be a coffee break on the walk so please bring a plenty of liquid as it could be warm.
There are no toilets on this walk but if you come into the pub for a drink afterwards you can use the ones in the pub.
Park around the green area overlooking the Royal Oak Pub at Car Colston. We will meet near the pub.
